Farmstand Special

  • 2.0 oz. Sipsmith Strawberry Smash gin
  • 0.5 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 0.5 oz. rhubarb liqueur (Giffard)
  • 0.25 oz. ginger liqueur (King’s)
  • 0.25 oz. lemon juice
  • dash of Peychaud’s bitters

Shake with ice then strain into glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Just had fun mixing strawberry and rhubarb with a bit of ginger for a spicy bite and lemon for the acid hit. Straightforward and enjoyable.

The name came from a name-my-cocktail night. A bit on the nose, but perhaps so is the drink. I don’t mind that.
